Ilektra completes third acquisition since Prefequity's investment

Prefequity is pleased to announce that Ilektra, a Fund II portfolio company, has completed the acquisition of Universal Systems Solutions (“USS”). Based in the North East, USS designs, installs and integrates bespoke intelligent security and IT systems in the private and public sector. This acquisition expands Ilektra’s UK footprint and enhances its offering across the access control and CCTV market.  

The transaction marks Ilektra's third acquisition since Prefequity's investment in November 2024.
