Prefequity backs MBO of KBH On-Train Media

Prefequity is delighted to announce it has completed an investment in KBH On-Train Media, a leading out-of-home advertising business specialising in the rail and cinema sectors.

KBH operates through two core divisions: Rail Media, where it is the exclusive provider of on-train advertising for the majority of UK train operating companies, delivering national campaigns across both analogue and digital formats; and Cinema Media, which manages a growing portfolio of digital screens in cinema foyers.
