Prefequity provides follow-on investment to support Ilektra

Prefequity is pleased to announce a follow-on investment in Ilektra, a Fund II portfolio company, to support its acquisition of Knox Fire and Security.

Based in Buckinghamshire, Knox supplies, installs and maintains fire suppression systems, with a particular focus on water mist and sprinkler solutions for data centres. This acquisition further strengthens Ilektra's Daemon Fire and Security division, expanding its existing capabilities as a total life safety and security provider with full national coverage.

This is Ilektra's second acquisition since Prefequity's initial investment in November 2024.
